Found a couple of things, first I have 2 MBs with keyless go if both keys are in the same pocket its more apt to happen, second its not the key battery, when that is low a message low key battery will appear on the MFD.Thanks Guys. It looks like denperkens was right (I hope). I put in a new battery today and the alarm is no longer going off, as least in the past 8 hours. It is very strange that it is so sensitive to "low" voltage (12.3v).
