I use SS armor because it gives the best protection of any non PA armor. Adding the Buttrested mod to each piece gives you 115 Dam Resist, E 85 and R 85 on the chest and D 53, E 53, R 53 on each limb.Recon has very negligibly better Damage Resistance, Secret Service has better energy and rad resistance.
